B&M (In-Store Purchases)

  • All purchases are non-refundable.
  • Exchanges are accepted within 14 days with the original receipt. Product must be unused with tags, labels & original packaging.
  • Items will be exchanged at the current selling price.
  • Sale items are not eligible for exchange or refund. Only size exchange is allowed.

ONLINE PURCHASES

Online Orders

  • Online purchases follow the same 14-day exchange policy at any ETHNC store.
  • You can return or exchange your online order in two easy ways:


Exchange at Any ETHNC Store (Fastest Option)

  • Bring the product along with the original invoice.
  • Product must be unused with tags, labels & original packaging.
  • Items will be exchanged at the current selling price.
  • Sale items qualify for size exchange only.

Return via Courier

  • Contact our Customer Support within 14 days of delivery and share your order details and issue.
  • Our team will verify the claim and arrange free return shipping.
  • Pack the item securely with original labels, tags, and packaging.
  • Once received, a replacement or appropriate resolution will be provided.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective product:
ETHNC will cover the return shipping cost.

  • A replacement, exchange, or appropriate resolution will be provided.
  • Claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery through our customer support.


Important Notes

  • No cash refunds. Bank reversals and store credits are allowed on e-commerce returns on invoice price.
    Exchange is subject to stock availability.
  • Products bought during special promotions, flash sales, or bundle offers follow the same rules: only size exchange, no article exchange.
